This position will help us build our MHBP business in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) and the Postal Service Health Benefit Plan Program (PSHBP) in 2025. Their goal is to help federal and postal employees make better decisions and about their health care and health care spending.This position is responsible for providing education and increasing health plan awareness by contributing to, executing and monitoring strategic plans which include community outreach, member education, and relationship building,Responsibilities:

- Travel to and facilitate outreach activities, special events, New Hire Orientations and open season meetings, and presentations in a specific regions promoting the value of MHBP to drive membership retention and growth. Educate potential members on benefit of MHBP plans through appointments scheduled through the Plan's website and webinars.
- Delivers individual or group presentations to potential members.
- Visit benefit officers to gain access to members and potential members.
- Address service issues in a timely manner
- Must have Health Insurance License or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Frequent travel required (70%)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt and react to change.
- Strong, presentation, communication and relationship building skills
- Microsoft Office Products include PowerPoint
- Experience with the Federal Employee Health Benefit Program
- Account management and/or customer service experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
