The role will be responsible for providing actionable insights, analyzing Growth performance, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the Growth team. This position will join a team of Associates / Senior Associates and will report to the Senior Director of Growth Strategy & Analytics, and ultimately to the VP of Growth Effectiveness & Strategy.Core Responsibilities:

- Design and perform data reporting / analytics to inform decision-making across the Growth organization
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies, improve team performance, and drive growth
- Design and manage project implementation of growth-focused initiatives, including supporting change management for center-based teammates
- Develop materials and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders
- Support sales leaders with accurate forecasting by analyzing historical data, market conditions, and other relevant variables; assist in developing and refining sales targets and teammate performance management
- Support reporting process improvement
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and sessions for the field, ensuring they have access to the tools, data, and resources needed to succeed
- Provide coaching to junior associates
- Other strategic / analytical priorities, as determined by VP of Growth Effectiveness
- Other duties, as assigned
- 5-7 years of applicable experience
- Analytical and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
- Demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging data / analytics to solve problems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format
- Expertise in data analysis and leveraging data/analytics to solve problems; experience in reporting tools such as Excel and Powerpoint (or GoogleSheets, GoogleSlides)
- Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools is a plus
- Effective and flexible team player with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with healthcare and value-based care
- Experience in a leadership or mentorship role, guiding other analysts or sales support professionals
- US work authorization

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
