- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa, ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Define and document product vision, business processes, workflows, and data models to support AI projects and initiatives.

- Support team in conducting feasibility studies and analyze costs and risks associated with AI product development and implementation.

- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive product enhancements and improve user experience.

- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and UX/UI designers to develop AI models and algorithms that align with business objectives and user needs.

- Oversee thorough testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and scalability in real-world applications.

- Monitor the performance of deployed AI products and provide strategic recommendations for improvements and optimizations based on user feedback and performance metrics.

- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams during the product development and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics, with a focus on product development.

- Experience with business process modeling, product lifecycle management, and agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically about product direction and user needs.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the AI or technology sector.

- Strong understanding of AI concepts, techniques, and technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning. Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
