As a Manager for Product, you will be responsible for supporting the cross-functional execution and delivery of enterprise innovations and product solutions specific to the Aetna customers and lines of business. The Manager Product will work with the Senior Manager to become the subject matter expert for the team and contribute to the scope and solution product enhancements. Execution ensures it is properly designed to meet the legal, operational and c ollaboration with CVS Product owners, Aetna business owners and operational contacts, CVS Operations, and channel sales partners. You will have the opportunity to implement and maintain innovative solutions while developing value for members, clients, and the enterprise. In this high impact, individual contributor role, you will use your superior relationship skills internally across the enterprise to ensure client needs are being met and that are receiving the highest standards of service.Some of your key responsibilities will include:- Provide product support to a Senior Manager (as applicable)

- Operationalizing new product offerings by solving business challenges, streamlining processes, and improving workflows and procedural documents to support new capabilities

- Support maintenance activities for formulary operations including quarterly formulary management, data management for PA conversion activity, and formulary adoption and performance tracking
- Lead program and project management activities for small-scaled product development initiatives, to ensure new product innovations are delivered accurately and on-time to clients, members, and the enterprise
- Communicating effectively at all levels across the enterprise to understand stakeholder needs, identify problems, and design effective solutions
- Manage a project plan to support the product development efforts.

- Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks, and produce program reports for stakeholders
- Subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholder groupsThe environment will be, at times, ambiguous and uncertain. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn on the fly while understanding and solving new problems. It will require a high level of risk vs. reward judgment and initiative, while leveraging the appropriate subject matter experts to achieve results. Given the nature of the work and environment, your communication and influencing skills will be tested.

Required Qualifications
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with strong capability in structured and critical thinking
  • 5+ years of related experience within the PBM or Health Plan space
  • High level of independent judgment and proactivity
  • Self-motivation, high energy, and ability to successfully function in a high-demand, performance-driven environment
  • Strong internal relationship skills across diverse teams
  • Strong communication (written and oral) - executive presence and ability to influence across disciplines and at multiple levels of organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of account management or product management/product development or in the PBM or Health Plan with experience creating and/or executing product or project launches.
  • Experience analyzing and using data with spreadsheets and or databases to guide business recommendations and process improvements. Experience with presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
