The successful candidate will assist team supervisor with answering employee task related questions, monitoring team inventory and training/mentoring employees on tasks assigned to the team. Responsibilities will also include responding to enrollment questions or concerns from other departments after thorough research and maintaining enrollment data in eligibility systems to ensure compliance with CMS guidance requirements

- Prioritize multiple daily work assignments to ensure all personal and team tasks are completed timely.
- Monitor and assign daily inventory .
- Ensure that tasks that are assigned are completed timely throughout the course of the day.
- Coordinate and distribute inventory throughout the day to ensure that all submission related inventory is processed within Department TAT.
- Recognize and implement training opportunities for mentoring and refreshing team members based on questions asked and errors identified
- Identifying training opportunities and/or reference resources to improve knowledge and processing.
- Escalate suggestions for systems and process updates to management.
- Present change to employees in a positive and encouraging manner
- Demonstrate professionalism, active listening skills and processing knowledge when communicating with internal and external customers
- Error and Production trend analysis for identification of mentoring/training opportunities.
- Communicating and presenting errors in a team format for education and process improvement
- Take and distribute minutes for team meetings
- Be open to embrace and encourage change when reviewing process flows for best practice
- Medicare industry experience.
- Familiarity with Medicare Enrollment systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to analyze and research data to make appropriate corrections as necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Understands the impact of work to other teams and downstream support areas.
- High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
