The successful candidate will join the Aetna Reporting Solutions team, a part of the Medical Economics Unit. As a member of this team, their primary responsibilities will involve developing reports and tools, automation, and providing support for processes. They will also have the opportunity to work on ad hoc projects, assist with tool onboarding, and contribute to miscellaneous projects across Medical Economics. - Assist in the development, roll out and support of tools and reports for key stakeholders.
- Develop working relationships with business stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders to create ad hoc reports.
- Participate in process improvement efforts.
- 3+ years of experience in a professional environment working with data analytics
- 1+ years of Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Ability to quickly adapt to change as workflows and programs continually evolve.
- SQL & PL/SQL skills are highly desirable
- Knowledge of Oracle, MicroStrategy, VBA, Python, Dataiku, and Google Cloud a plus
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong process improvement skills/mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or another related field OR equivalent experience (4 years' experience and High School Diploma/GED) required

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
