We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires a hybrid of data/reporting and communications skills, with a strong emphasis on AI/Copilot, writing skills, and proficiency in IT terminology. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker, problem solver, and self-starter who can identify opportunities and take action with minimal prompting. They should be data-driven, proficient in Excel, and experienced with SFDC. The individual will be able to influence beyond immediate scope of responsibility, have effective communication and decision-making skills, leverage a pragmatic approach to project management, and ultimately be open to teach and learn.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Hybrid of data/reporting and communications skills.
- Focus on the needs of clients and members, ensuring high-quality service and support.
- Facilitate process improvement efforts where business objectives may shift, while working with a sense of urgency to deliver results to account teams, clients and members.
- Draft and review communications, assist with process documentation reviews.
- Handle general reporting requests and dashboard creation, including Teams metrics and special project tracking.
- Self-starter who can identify opportunities and take action with minimal prompting.
- Work off-hours and weekends as needed to ensure continuous support and coverage for ad hoc reporting or communication needs.
- Analytical thinker with strong excel skills; comfortable manipulating data sets and merging multiple data sources together.
- Partner across the enterprise with subject matter experts in multiple functional areas (Aetna, Retail, Product, IT, Legal, Marketing, Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and various operational areas)
- This position is not responsible for managing others, but may lead all aspects of contractors or junior members of the team as related to projects. Having exceptional time management with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments will be helpful in meeting target dates! Having excellent written and verbal communication skills interfacing with all levels is a must, along with attention to detail with a process quality mindset. Demonstrating a capability to deliver work in a multi-project team-oriented environment will be key.

- Ability to work independently and understand/document problem statements.
- Preferred working hours are 12pm - 8pm CT, Monday through Friday. We are willing to work with a well-qualified candidate on alternative hours if needed. However, please note, this position occasionally requires evening and weekend work.
- Proficiency with IT terminology and ability to build solid working relationships with IT partners.
- Data-driven with experience in dashboard creation. Proficient in Excel and SFDC.
- Embraces change, especially in the technology space and eager to adopt and apply new technology to work.
- Ensure focused pull-through of core work. Experience working in, or supporting a sales / account team organization Understands basic aspects of the healthcare environment, pharmaceutical benefit management industry and specialty pharmacy services industry and medical benefit knowledge, disease/health management industry knowledge a plus.
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with 2 y ears of relevant experience.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
