  • Detail oriented: ability to identify and locate key pieces of information in documentation provided by the Sales team.
  • Technologically-savvy: quickly learn tools within Salesforce and proper procedures in submitting various data requests.
  • Clear communication: thoroughly understands incoming requests and can effectively and immediately communicate any factors that may impact timely completion of delegated requests.
  • Time management: timely execution of tasks with the ability to execute requests based on priority
  • Collaborative: works well with team members and across departments
  • Multitask: can manage several requests at a given time ensuring clear documentation and execution
They will use their knowledge and network to partner with individuals across the new business sales team to:
  • Facilitate internal activities to support B2B sales through all phases of the sales cycle from pre-pipeline through close and implementation
  • Work effectively within Salesforce and other sales tools to complete internal activities, create reports, and document status on opportunities
  • Collect and analyze volume and trend of activities over time to measure value towards our goals
  • Proactively forecast upcoming volume of sales support needs and make informed decisions to ensure appropriate support across the team
  • I dentify opportunities to engage internal partners and make recommendations for efficiency
  • Create or refine project and presentation materials, such as trackers, dashboards, PPT presentations, and executive summaries
The successful candidate will be adept at "organizational surveillance" and willingly partner with other Sales Coordinators to forecast and manage workload . Comfort with change in a fast-paced environment is necessary.Candidate must be able to successfully deliver multiple deliverables within tight deadlines. To do so, they will apply strategic and critical thinking skills and may be required to influence without direct authority.Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years' experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales support roles 1+ year project management
  • 1+ as a business analyst or similar function
  • 1+ year experience with CRM tool & reporting
  • 1+ year in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud collaboration tools
  • Ability to learn new systems or processes quickly
  • Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) or Healthcare experience
  • Salesforce reporting capabilities
  • Analyst experience or advanced excel capabilities
Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $119,340.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
