The Product and Reporting Manager will have the ability to tell a data driven story of value for a range of CVS Health programs by utilizing analytic and process tools for evaluation and report management as it relates to program value, identifying opportunities, contractual reporting needs, issue resolution, capabilities, and stabilization. The Manager will coordinate efforts of their broader team with those of other business units, ensuring the various teams work together to support the business effectively and efficiently, informing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering reporting with data driven insights and key performance indicators and knowing how to pressure test and act on these insights to support the overall strategy and direction of our program. This will require the ability to "be in the weeds" while also rolling up insights at a strategic level for leadership, which also entails strong communication skills to both analytical, business, and leadership stakeholders. The role also requires the highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once, while working in an entrepreneurial environment that is, at times, ambiguous and uncertain. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success dealing with this type of fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn on the fly while understanding and solving new problems and prioritizing deliverables based on the value added. It will require a high level of independent judgment and initiative, while leveraging the appropriate subject matter experts to achieve results. Responsibilities:

- Ensure scheduled contractual analyses are completed in a timely manner and meet standards for analytic rigor and integrity
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop and manage reporting that supports the overall vision of our products and services, including both Medicare and non-Medicare clients. You will directly support leadership decision-making and be a key contributor to the advancement of Stars improvement efforts
- Maintain and develop reporting processes which rigorously monitor product performance, ensure on-time and accurate delivery, proactively identify/address issues, and leverage automation strategies for regular reporting
- Creates and evaluates the data needs of assigned projects, explores existing data, and assures the integrity of the data through a collaborative partnership with upstream data owners
- Design and implement projects and processes that build upon and expand the capabilities of the team to ensure the team can support existing and future business requirements
- Review, problem solve, and investigate root cause analysis of data concerns, gaps in processes, and methodology alignment to enable effective coordination with other business units
- Documents projects including business objectives, data gathering and processing, detailed set of results and analytical metrics
Bachelors required/ MBA, MPH or other relevant master's degree preferred Required Qualifications :
- 4+ years Healthcare data analytics experience
- 4+ years experience working with the Medicare Star Ratings system
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with data analytics, spreadsheets, and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Clinical / PBM / Condition Management experience
- Previous experience working with tools such as SQL, Python, and R

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
