The Manager, Retail Health Product & Services, will be responsible for providing actionable insights, analyzing product performance, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance our retail health strategy.

This role will focus on supporting and executing new programs, tools, and processes that integrate into or expand upon the retail health operating model, with focus on our MinuteClinic business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to think innovatively in our pursuit to transform the consumer health experience . The manager will be immediately responsible for supporting a suite of active and developing products across both population health and patient engagement. Core Responsibilities:
  • Positions themselves as subject matter expert for select areas of the portfolio.
  • Supports multiple products/projects with effective prioritization and eye for detail.
  • Collaborate across Retail Health, MinuteClinic and the enterprise in identifying portfolio growth opportunities and develop business cases.
  • Works with key stakeholders to align on business value, problem statements, and consumer pain points that are strategic priorities.
  • Supports implementing and monitors new products and processes from pilot through scale, including close collaboration and partnership with clinical and field teams.
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training, tools, data, and resources needed by key stakeholders for products to succeed.
    • Collaborates with development team to elaborate and define technical learnings into refined and prioritized backlog items.
    • Design and perform data reporting / analytics to inform decision-making across the product portfolio as well as support ongoing management reporting.
    • Proactively identity, synthesize and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize product performance and drive growth.
    • Develop high quality materials and lead discussions with relevant stakeholders to support product updates, development and implementation.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in process improvement, care delivery/healthcare, product development, operations and/or systems development
  • Highly skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • 3+ years of demonstrated increasing responsibility in corporate or healthcare environments.
  • Experience conducting product management and business case development related analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing in or building in EPIC
  • Foundational experience working in a primary care setting (or similar care delivery site) and baseline knowledge of practice operations and clinical workflows and/or clinical experience such as PA/NP/LVN/RN
  • Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field
  • Experience supporting or executing large-scale change management initiatives.
  • Demonstrates willingness to challenge the status quo and fostering innovation.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
