We are seeking a Manager, Digital Operations & Management to join our team and support creation and updates for 50 microsites. This role will be responsible for overseeing digital operations, managing content management systems, and ensuring seamless website planning and execution. A fast-moving Web operations dynamo with excellent communication and relationship skills will thrive in this position. Among other duties, expect to digitally dive into the following:Handle Website change requests and new site creation requests, assessing requirements and prioritizing work.

Coordinate Website work with internal and external teams to ensure timely completion.
Provide guidance to Web development teams to ensure accurate client delivery.
Craft Websites from concept and design to execution and delivery.
Maintain Websites in working order across local and enterprise maintenance, compliance, branding, accessibility, and other stakeholder requirements.
Communicate site and workload statuses to stakeholders for transparency and decisions.
Drive continuous process improvement to build operations structure and digital ecosystem for long-term success.
Enhance and improve user experience and task completion by improving design and content management through collaborative design thinking and strategy.
Coach and mentor junior-level designers to help create intuitive and user-centered digital experiences.
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of direct experience with managing digital operations and optimizing CMS, especially AEM and Concrete.
5-7 years of experience with dev-to-prod website planning and execution.
5-7 years of Web language experience (ex. HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
3-5 years of experience with multi-website management.
2-3 years of experience with scrum management.
2-3 years of experience with Workfront, Jira, and Rally.
Experience interfacing with technology teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital solutions.
Experience with internal communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Knowledge of digital analytics and acquisition funnels.
Expertise in Website building and UX strategies.
*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education

The typical pay range for this role is:$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
