Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end projects

• Support communication with cross-functional teams to ensure engagement at the appropriate points of solutioning and delivery

• Be a digital product SME

• Maintain alignment with internal product & technology teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of key projects

• Leverage data and analytics to strategically inform discussions

• Proactively identify potential areas with highly complex or critical interdependencies and ensure the right system is in place to solve

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, product management and/or marketing in a digital environment. Able to manage multiple priorities as an independent, highly organized self-starter with excellent time management. Persistent despite obstacles; comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements.

• 5+ years of experience with MS Office Suite Programs.

• 5+ years of experience facilitating discussions with and presenting key ideas to Senior Leaders. Able to synthesize input from multiple sources and provide cohesive direction. Comfortable understanding and applying data to define solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP Certification

Rally experience

SAFe/Agile experience

Experience with Analytic tools (i.e., Adobe, Tableau)

High-energy and highly collaborative, able to make connections across multiple teams.

Results-oriented with strong time management skills, extremely organized and driven to succeed.

Able to balance the ideal state with doing what it takes to deliver on goals in the immediate term.

Detail oriented.

Education
bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Highschool plus 4 years of relevant work experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $166,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
