An individual who joins this team will develop and/or maintain expert knowledge of the rapidly changing dental network programs, services, and dental network goals.

You will perform a variety of client analyses in response to specific business questions. This person then communicates those findings, including methodology and outcomes back to key business leaders or our clients. The consultative nature of the position means there is potential for a high frequency of client facing activities and meetings. This may include on-site or teleconferenced presentations as an individual or team, and written documents for assigned clients and in support of other clients.

Successful candidates will:
  • Have a successful track record of using data analysis and business analytics to develop a deep understanding of a client's business and their health care goals.
  • Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of dental network adequacy reports, Government program products, services, and support.
  • Use knowledge and insight to provide clients with fact-based and data-driven strategic guidance on dental network and solutions that will help meet goals.
  • Proven ability to communicate and present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in dental network analysis
  • Experience working with large databases to manipulate large volumes of data, running standard reports, creating ad hoc reports, analyzing data and ability to explain findings.
  • Proven experience and efficiency in Excel, Power BI, Quest Analytics
  • Experience assisting with evaluating new technologies, tools, and systems that can enhance business processes and operations.
  • Experience in developing technology solutions that meet the defined team goals.
  • Experience contributing to the development and implementation of technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business analysis objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams to foster strong relationships, ensuring that their needs and expectations are effectively addressed.
• Solid decision-making skills while executing national, regional, and market level strategies.
• Possess critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to support program delivery.
• Communication Skills - Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
• Highly organized and self-driven.Education

Bachelor's degree desired and/or equivalent work experience.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
