Process, Portfolio & Delivery Management (PPDM) is responsible for building and sustaining enhanced capabilities that support efficient management and execution of the Enterprise Marketing portfolio. PPDM drives operational efficiency and excellence in execution by building, using and monitoring processes and tools that optimize the way that the Enterprise Marketing organization works. We are enthusiastic change agents that build strategies and solutions to better enable agility and innovation, which leads to an enhanced ability to connect with people in innovative and motivating ways.This role will be a part of the Portfolio & Delivery Management Team and will report to a Sr. Manager, Portfolio & Delivery Management that supports a specific channel of our comprehensive portfolio. The Digital Delivery Manager will be responsible for execution of digital content projects designed to deliver SEO value. This role will serve as a liaison between Marketing Strategy, Resource Management, Internal Creative Agency, Enterprise Digital, and Content Authors to drive efficient and effective execution of work while ensuring that there is maintained visibility to the on-going status of projects within the portfolio.The Digital Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating and driving the successful completion of digital content projects for the Marketing Department.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Marketing Strategy and Delivery Management leaders to understand yearly goals and business objectives
  • Intake and review project requests, define appropriate tasks, identify cross functional resources and construct timelines
  • Coordinate and manage the process of creative deliverables across various workflows from marketing strategy development through go-live to ensure on-time completion and in-market delivery
  • Act as primary point of contact for all project related communications
  • Well versed in the management of digital projects with a strong knowledge of SEO/digital content
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control, ensuring that all creative output is aligned to strategy and meets brand and SEO standards
  • Responsible for timely and accurate updating of project status in MRM solution (Workfront)
  • Identify, provide solutions, and monitor risks to project delivery
  • Initiate and support risk mitigation
  • Adhere to process and documentation standards to ensure projects are compliant and completed on-time
  • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones and potential roadblocks to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Review project briefs for accuracy and completeness to support successful creative development
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Digital UX Design, IT, and Product Management teams
  • Initiate tagging efforts, URL requests, SEO and Accessibility reviews.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the digital space
  • 2+ years of experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations -Understands digital asset development workflows and skillsets, specifically in SEO, Search, Content Development, Email, Social and Vide o
  • Ability to multi-task a variety of initiatives/ projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to flex and navigate effectively through ambiguity
  • Understands digital asset development workflows and skillsets
  • Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication and operational skills
  • Keen ability to prioritize and make quick decisions
  • Strategic thinker and creative problem solver always looking for most optimal solution
  • Good planner; capability to "look around the corner" to determine risks and mitigating strategies
  • Calm and comfortable in ever-changing environment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management certification or equitable experience
  • Experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations
  • Familiarity with MRM solutions a plus (Workfront)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS platforms a plus
  • Well versed in the management of multi-channel projects such as digital, print, video, email, store experience and social media projects
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ( 4 years)
  • Master's degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
