As the Manager Data Analytics, you will join the CVS Rhode Island based Property Administration team that supports all aspects of the business. This role is an opportunity to drive insights through analytics of a large volume of work orders in ServiceChannel, our web-based platform. You will leverage your data and analytics experience while working with a variety of internal partners to understand the work they do, develop analytics and reporting leading to actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be highly engaged, enthusiastic and proactively seek new opportunities to support the department's strategy and goals through high quality and user-friendly deliverables. Strong collaboration and communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset will be key to succeeding in this position.Primary Responsibilities

  • Ability to structure analysis to develop and present insights utilizing advanced statistical techniques with a broad knowledge of the organization
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, visuals and performance metrics
  • Present analytical results and recommendations to all levels of leadership
  • Act as an analytics product owner translating data into clear action plans
  • Use strong knowledge in algorithms and predictive models to investigate outliers, detect patterns and recommend solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ year relevant analytics experience
  • Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
  • Experience conducting analytics and building dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for analyzing and visualizing data
  • Experience in SQL programming
  • Ability to apply strategic lens to solve problems and build solutions
  • Advanced presentation skills ,ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Facility Management processes and work order platforms
  • Proficiency in mathematical analysis methods, statistical analyses, and modeling
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms including querying/mining datasets and deploying projects on cloud systems.
  • Experience conducting analytics and building dashboards with Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, or other similar platforms
  • Advanced skills with spreadsheets and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and meeting deadlines
  • Self-directed requiring little direction.
  • Leverages a continual improvement mindset to create simplicity
  • Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail and follow through with commitments.
  • Deliver high quality professional communications, presentations, responses and analyses on a wide range of requests by working quickly, independently and with minimal direction.
  • Manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
