CVS Health is seeking a motivated detail-oriented individual to join the Controls Assurance Remediation Team. This role is designed for individuals with a foundational understanding of risk management who are ready to take on more responsibility. The successful candidate will be part of a team that focuses on three categories: control testing, issue management, and quality control. This position will help ensure CVS Health control environment is effective and compliant with industry and/or regulatory standards.

Control Testing: Conduct regular assessments of controls to evaluate their effectiveness. Document findings and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and compliance in security testing and reporting.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, results, and remediation efforts. Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams, including IT, compliance, and third party, to support a unified approach to security risk management.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on control testing outcomes, issues identified, and progress on remediation efforts to key stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to security and risk management. Propose enhancements to existing processes and controls.Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Risk management, Audit, IT, or Compliance.
- 3+ years of control test of design and/or control operational effectiveness testing.
- 1+ years of experience in using a Governance Risk Management (GRC) Tool
- Relevant security certification (e.g., ARM, CISSP, CRISC, CRM, CISA) are a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
The typical pay range for this role is:$83,430.00 - $166,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
