  • Reviews and copyedits communications materials (e.g., publications, marketing materials, ads, scripts) according to company's brand, voice and plain language standards
  • Possess a deep understanding of the health insurance industry, client's health benefits products, audiences, and business objectives , and execute on copyediting that aligns with the client's vision.
  • Works collaboratively with multiple business partners to secure adherence to company's brand, voice, plain language and marketing compliance standards
  • Learns Workfront platform and works within the framework to move pieces through workflow to legal and compliance.
  • Is comfortable with change and managing to deadlines/is fluid and flexible.
  • Takes ownership of work and brings a solutions-based attitude to work.
  • Builds and maintains positive, productive relationships across teams in support of department and enterprise goals.
  • Communicates clearly and promptly with manager and colleagues.
  • Experience working in highly regulated indus try a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work in fast -paced environment.
Skills and knowledge required
  • 5+ years experience in communications, copywriting and/or copyediting or editorial related field.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Health care benefits experienced is a plus.
  • Ability to accurately review complex materials including all graphics, texts, multimedia, web sites and charts with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management skills, highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks according to clients' needs.
  • Dedication to ethical and compliance standards and timely completion of assigned projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
