The Manager, Commercial Compliance COE will be a key member of the Compliance Monitoring team and will lead the execution of assigned compliance monitoring activities in the commercial line of business. This role serves as a subject matter expert and is responsible for administrative planning and execution of complex and/or concurrent monitoring activities to evaluate compliance in multiple business areas. - Strong analytical, deductive, problem solving, and critical thinking skills .
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills .
- Solid meeting management and oral/written communication skills .
- 5+ years prior experience in a relevant field such as compliance, quality assurance, audit, or government healthcare .
- Experience (2+ years) in t he commercial insurance business processes
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in a matrixed organizatio n.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, develop monitoring activities, document testing, and communicate results .
- Strong ability to solve complex problems with a collaborative and optimistic attitude .

The typical pay range for this role is:$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
