A Risk Analyst is responsible for operational alignment and supporting process and system capabilities for CVS Health's Risk Management department. This position will be responsible for working among the six claims teams in Risk to support and drive consistent best practices, including claim setup, managing internal contact lists, managing and updating claims guidelines, document collection and review, and system support. The role will also be responsible for accessing CVS internal systems to support investigations, investigating Risk claims to drive favorable business outcomes, and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality support to deliver consistent outcomes in Risk claims.The Risk Analyst must be comfortable working among management team in Risk and with outside stakeholders that support Risk claims investigations, and must demonstrate the ability to support problem identification, solution definition and refinements, and tracking of work product and outcomes.Required Qualifications

- Microsoft Office experience with working Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication
- 1+ years of experience working in a claims organization
- Familiar handling or supporting liability claims for a self-insured company or insurance carrier
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
