The DVV RHOS is a sales leader responsible for new business sales and growth of our dental vision and voluntary products in our Key and Select segments for dental and vision and all segments for our voluntary products in the Northeast and Southeast Regions (1/2 the country). This leadership role also has talent development responsibility for our new business sales teams.This role communicates and executes sales plans in line with dental, vision, voluntary goals for the Eastern half of the country. The role is responsible for new business sales and is accountable for new dental, vision and voluntary revenue and membership sales and growth.This is a sales leadership role for dental vision and voluntary that educates constituents on Aetna specific policies, product information and procedures as well as industry issues and related current key business issues. The role communicates and executes on performance measures in line with company, segment, regional and market goals for our dental, vision and voluntary products.Analyzes competitive environment to support and improve pricing and product development strategies as well as sales efforts.

Partners with cross-functional team including but not limited to markets, segments, underwriting, product to help remove organizational barriers that impact the cross-functional work required to achieve results. Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with all constituents.
Recruits, attracts and retains a diverse workforce and engages and develops them through mentoring, coaching and making available tools and resources. This role is also responsible for day-to-day performance management and ongoing performance appraisal for their sales team. Training and skill development. Coaching and feedback.The role is regional in scope and can reside anywhere within the Northeast or Southeast regions but ideally in a market with strong presence and a local office.This role includes a robust incentive compensation plan for sales results.Experience Required:
- 7-9 years directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Proven ability to be a strong health care Sales leader.
- Health & Life licensed.
- Ability to travel in the market.
- Experience with non-medical products - supplemental products; accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity.
- Experience managing a Sales team.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
The typical pay range for this role is:$105,000.00 - $231,132.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
