We want everyone who works at CVS Health to feel empowered by the role they play in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make health care more personal, convenient and affordable.Position Summary:The primary objective of the Lead Director of Sales Enablement is to create and deliver resources and programs that support the Employer, Health Plan and New Business Segments in their efforts to add $4b in new sales revenue and drive client retention of 98.5%.As a key leader on the Sales Operations and Enablement team at CVS Caremark, the Lead Director of Sales Enablement is a key contributor, participant or owner of various elements of our enablement and learning & development strategy, learning components at Caremark Sales Summit, helps in creation and execution of field learning and skill development strategy, and identification and creation of new and innovative learning, enablement and sales support initiatives.What you will do:

  • Supporting ACE (Annual Competency Education)
  • Engaging on and supporting the KSB (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors) Coaching Framework
  • Finalist Meeting Coaching and Support
  • Leading the execution and delivery of all Sales and Clinical on-boarding (i.e. START) throughout the year - 6 month cycles
  • Start Program Training Curriculum and Delivery
  • Financial Acumen Program Delivery
  • Annual Sales Story Development & Delivery Support
  • Leadership and content development of the Learning Exchange virtual meeting
  • Development and delivery of Reels content
  • Leadership of the Sr Manager and sales coordinators
  • Overall ownership of Client School curriculum.
  • Engaging with Sales and Marketing on various strategic and creative engagements (i.e. podcasts, external client-facing recordings, feedback on Value Story, etc.
  • Working cross functionally with all areas of the organization (i.e. HCB, Retail, PSS Operations, Marketing, etc.) to ensure consistency of messaging regarding integrated value propositions and market-facing messaging.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience in Sales, market facing or related skills
  • Experience in healthcare or PBM space

Education: Bachelors degree or relatable experience required.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
