- Lead and manage a team of project managers responsible for delivering complex projects across the enterprise.
- Drive project management best practices, ensuring the consistent application of standard methodologies, tools and standards across the team.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define project goals, objectives and deliverables aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring clear timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies and change management processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, mitigating risks and ensuring projects are executed successfully.
- Provide mentorship, guidance and professional development opportunities for project managers and team members.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean) and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- 2+ years of managing one or more direct report
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
