Title: Senior Director, Program ManagementRole Description:The Senior Director, Program Management is responsible for the administration and governance of large scale program management acting as the bridge between strategy and execution and overseeing the successful planning and execution of programs (and associated projects) that positively impact the company's innovation, production, and revenue goals. This includes working with leadership and staff across the organization as well as external partners, to drive the successful execution of large scale programs. In addition, the Senior Director, Program Management will lead a team of project and/or program managers providing department objectives, planning and evaluating department activities, communicating job expectations, training and growth opportunities as well as monitoring and appraising job results.Core Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of PMO governance and Project Management Practices leveraging transformational thought leadership and change management skills
- Oversee program scheduling, resource planning, leveling and management as well as effective use of metrics, and reporting
- Apply strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to align strategy and business objectives
- Manage all aspects of change and risk oversight
- Coordinate external and internal partner and sponsor communications
- Provide program activity status on a timely basis to Technology leadership, stakeholders and sponsors
- Work with all levels of enterprise leadership to ensure program initiatives are managed and maintained; develop executive level presentations as required
- Understand all program portfolio initiatives to assess user impact and service requirements generated by each initiative
- Work with leadership and to set strategic goals and objectives for programs
- Execute proven project management methods and practices to facilitate and ensure
- Lead and guide a team of Program and Project Managers with a focus on continuous development and process improvement
- Accomplish department objectives by managing, coaching and developing staff, planning and evaluating department activities and contributing to overall technology objectives
- 15+ years in an Technology management role
- 10+ years experience in Program Management
- Experienced people leader capable of recruiting, managing and developing an outstanding team
- Experience defining organizational process and program management strategies for growth and transformation initiatives
- Ability to leverage organizational change management techniques to improve implementation roll-out strategies and increase stakeholder adoption
- As a thought leader influence others through collaborative efforts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at senior and executive levels of the organization
- Experience directing a team, with an established ability to coach and provide transformation guidance
- Ability to function in a fast moving and growing environment
- Experience with Google apps, Microsoft Office suite

The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
