CVS is looking for a seasoned leader to join our growing Threat Intelligence team. In this role, you will help build out a viable cyber intelligence program. This leader will drive the strategy, development and execution of that program. This includes understanding threat intelligence engineering concepts and working with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of cybersecurity, who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys the challenge of solving complex security puzzles. In addition, they will have a deep understanding of the cyber threat landscape, and proven ability to lead diverse teams.   • Define and execute the organization cyber threat intelligence strategy aligned with overall security goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of intelligence analysts and engineers, fostering collaboration and professional development
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to prioritize intelligence initiatives and integrate threat intelligence into decision-making processes
  • Lead the production of actionable intelligence reports for technical and on-technical audiences, including leadership
  • Oversee proactive threat intelligence activities
  • Build Relationships with external and internal partners
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the intelligence program
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with 4+ years leading a strong focus on threat intelligence, incident response, or advanced threat detection.
  • 6+ years of experience in threat intelligence frameworks, tools and methodologies
  • 6+ years of experience with threat intelligence platforms and orchestration and automation tools.
  • 7+ year of experience of analyzing and prioritizing global threats and TTPS and attack trends
  • 5+ years of experience with building out threat intelligence programs

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in an evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC).
  • Experience in critical infrastructures such as health and or financial sectors
Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
