  • Work closely with Account Managers, Sales teams, Underwriters, Compliance, various Business areas and Technology Teams including Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure.
  • Lead a team of individuals that are primarily responsible for Customer Commitments (delivering on promises) and Customer Enablement (provide timely guidance and responses that delight existing plan sponsors and win new business)
  • Ability to map solutions / offerings to client/market's demands, develop value proposition & business case.
  • Collaborate with other Business Units to co-develop both internal (for Sales and other teams) and external (Plan Sponsor and Broker interfacing) materials that highlights tech innovation, Enterprise integration and marketing differentiating factors.
  • Demonstrate leadership and management skills in effectively and actively managing multiple Commercial Customer requests that are concurrent and time bounded.
  • Explores new tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve digital solutions and drive innovation within the engineering team.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of current state technical capabilities, RFP technical responses, internal and external materials that highlights tech innovation.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of customer enablement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on Customer requested capabilities as outlined in RFP and adhoc requests by coordinating with Technology and Business areas as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional domain/technical teams.
  • Innovative mindset with strong conviction for Technology Excellence.
  • Keep abreast of technology advances across various lines of business with keenness to cross apply the innovations for other clients.
  • Strong Client Interfacing, Stakeholder Management and High Impact Communication skills

You will be intellectually challenged to solve problems associated with large scale complex, structured and unstructured data, that will allow you to grow your technical skills and engineering expertise.Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software development working on enterprise applications.
  • 8+ years of experience working with stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, and Cross functional team to solve complex business or technical problems.
  • 5+ year(s) of experience leading and putting together highly motivated and effective teams.
  • 3+ years of experience on Cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns
  • 5+ year of experience in effort estimation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Team building and leading highly motivated and effective teams.
  • Prior experience in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders across the spectrum.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills within and across teams.
  • Experience with complex systems and solving challenging analytical problems.
  • Previous healthcare experience and domain knowledge.
Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
