  • Build and deliver machine learning models into production that deliver insights to key business partners.
  • Develop a data science roadmap that allows us to deliver on near term needs while advancing our data science capabilities
  • Set the bar for operational rigor across the data science and engineering teams
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team to drive impact
  • Create, enhance, and maintain technical documentation for our platform
The ideal candidate
  • Has experience building and productionizing ML models within highly used products and services preferably in the context of Personalization/Recommendation engines
  • Wants to do something that is innovative from a data science perspective and has a tangible operational impact
  • Loves innovating and working on small teams that get stuff done and have a lot of autonomy
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of work experience developing impactful ML/AI solutions and managing into production
  • 6+ years of programming experience in R/Python and SQL
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7 + years of work experience building sophisticated and scalable solutions
  • Highly prefer experience Insurance, Healthcare, and the related data to create risk models and optimizing long term health outcomes
  • Prefer Masters degree or PhD in a STEM field
  • Experience with Agile environments
  • Experience with cloud computing (GCP, AWS or Microsoft Azure)
  • Experience with experiment design (AB testing, randomized-controlled trials, factorial design, etc.)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
