As the Lead Director, Network Management, you will be required to lead the team responsible for strengthening our processes and analytical capabilities to maximize CVS Caremark's profitability. The Lead Director, Network Mgt develops and executes the company's high-level network regulatory strategy, in alignment with the organization's required key goals and objectives.

This individual Monitors legislative and regulatory processes, including bill introductions, committee hearings, and rulemaking procedures, to ensure full compliance with all governmental regulations, requirements, and standards. In addition, the director applies in-depth knowledge to play a key role in researching and analyzing legislative and regulatory issues to developing mitigation strategies and implementation protocols to ensure full network compliance

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional work experience that includes experience in the health care industry
Preferred Qualification
  • Advanced Actuarial Skills in the Health Care Industry
  • Advanced MS Office skills, advanced knowledge of relational databases and warehouses, advanced SQL, OLAP and SAS skills.
  • Strong problem solving, management skills, leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team of highly skilled technical professionals.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment, as well as independently.
  • Proven track record of implementing efficiency/solution developed primarily from input from end users, which successfully satisfy the business need.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex work processes in a cross-department, team environment.
  • Demonstrated success and experience in motivating individuals in a complete, fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a geographically diverse company and in a matrix reporting environment
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Business, Actuarial Science or Mathematics) or relevant professional experience required
  • Advanced Degree preferred
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
