Oversees the entire product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and iteration. Work across the organization to align product strategies with business goals, manage resources, and facilitate effective collaboration between product teams and other departments to drive product success and customer satisfaction.
What you will do
- Develops the digital product team, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Defines the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with business goals and market demands to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Controls the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
- Communicates strategically with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Advises management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and prioritize feature enhancements and new product initiatives.
- Engages with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers, to gather feedback, understand requirements, and communicate product updates and enhancements.
- Directs resources to analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize product features and user experience.
- Manages a team of product managers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to support their growth and success.
- Advocates for the digital product portfolio internally and externally, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote product value and drive business growth.
- 10-15 years work experience
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence

- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills

- Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.
- Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
The typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
