This role collaborates with Field Management, Planogram, Category Management, The Hispanic Center for Excellence, Loss Prevention, and others on change requests, balances the field requests against planogram and layout strategies; reviews changes with Field Management and advises on potential solutions; research and updates discrepancies with accuracy of store layouts; coordinates with and supports the Group File and Store Layout teams.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Address assigned incoming requests from the Planogram Request Site.
- Ensure requests are responded to and resolved in a timely manner, documenting each request with dates and comments.
- Utilize effective communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting predetermined deadlines.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Collaborate with Store, District, and Regional Managers on planogram change requests.
- Work with internal departments such as RISD, Loss Prevention, Inventory, Category Management, and Store Operations to support planogram change requests.
- Review planogram change requests to ensure alignment with corporate direction and evidential sales and trend reports.
- Analyze requests against cluster planogram and layout strategies, advising Field Management on potential solutions.
- Research and update discrepancies in store layouts for accuracy.
- Update Smart Space/AutoCAD store files and synchronize data across multiple sources.
- Review store files to ensure data integrity between Mainframe and Smart Space.
- Keep updated on the latest merchandising direction and store project programs to provide advice and direction on merchandising changes to stores and field management.
Required- Associate's degree or equivalent work , Preferred- Bachelor's degree
Prior Relevant Work Experience :
Required -up to 3 years, preferred 3 to 5 years
Essential Qualifications, Essential Functions & Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with planogram and store layout principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to review and assess planogram and layout change requests against corporate strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Experience in planning and coordinating multiple overlapping projects across functional departments and developing, setting, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills. Adept at effectively communicating with all levels in the organization from store associates to senior management.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to urgent requests effectively.
- Ability to work in Hybrid Work Environment (in Woonsocket office 2-3 days week)
- Knowledge of CVS retail strategies
- AutoCAD/Smart Space experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word)
The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
