This critically important role is responsible for developing and managing national and regional client relationships. Retain and expand existing business and are the key point of contact for driving customer satisfaction.
Your key job responsibilities include:
Retain 40%
- Build strong client relationships by consistently delivering client interactions that develop trust and show CVSH value
- Develop cadence of regular client meetings to establish strong connectivity with key partners. Attend client meetings as needed within LTC facilities.
- Create and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to national client leadership to review business deliverables and evaluate new opportunities
- Ensure service level agreements and performance guarantees are being met by influencing internal partners to remove or reduce roadblocks
- Identify at-risk accounts and consult with internal partners to assist with development of action plans to address customer risks and opportunities
- Proactive managing the account and aligning with client priorities
- Assess client needs by partnering with corporate client leadership and present Omnicare & CVSH value proposition for new products and services to grow portfolio base
- Partner with Account Managers to ensure provision of services at the local/facility level
- Partnering with internal associates on pricing
- Proactively review pricing to identify client education and upsell opportunities
- Grow current customer portfolios by obtaining additional buildings/sites not currently serviced by CVSH Omnicare via the renewal process
- Responsible for contract renewals of existing clients, including needs assessment, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract presentation. Work closely with clients within the LTC facilities.
- Operate with strong business insight and industry knowledge, remaining conscious of industry trends
- 5+ years of related customer facing experience
- The ability to travel overnight at least 25%
- Valid drivers' license and able to provide proof of insurance if driving
- CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce
- 3+ years of direct account management experience
- Experience with portfolios representing $5m annually
- Healthcare industry experience
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills and advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function independently, possess flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external principals both in person and remote work environments
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills by effectively balancing priorities to managing, planning, and meeting to ensure all deadlines are met
- Ability to build credible relationships with management teams and business partners
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence others by offering solutions customized to each customer while ensuring the solutions delivered are of high quality and meet their expectations and needs
Bachelors' degree or related experiencePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $119,340.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
