Job Description
CVS Health's Digital, Data, Analytics, and Technology (DDAT) organization is seeking emerging talent for the Innovation & Technology Leadership Development Program (LDP). The Innovation & Technology LDP accelerates talent development through organization-wide rotational experience, extensive training opportunities and exposure to senior leadership.
Following a cohort-based model, the incoming LDP class will be a small community of motivated and talented individuals seeking to transform the health care landscape through digital, data, analytics, and technological innovations and practices. This two-year rotational program will help jump-start your career at CVS Health, providing you with a broad range of skills, knowledge and experiences.

Work Model: This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in one of the following office locations based on your preference and/or availability:

Starting Salary: $90,000
Program Highlights
- Full time development program in which participants are matched to an important role in the DDAT organization. Placements are assigned based on business needs, interests and/or previous experiences. Opportunities may include:
- Product-rotation (Digital, Design, Operations, etc.)
- Engineering (Digital, Data, Applications, Software, etc.)
- Next Gen Tech (Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Information Security, Analytics, etc.)
- Operations (Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Lead, Architecture, etc.)
- Dedicated cohort training, mentoring, and exposure to senior leadership
- Meet educational requirements (see Education section)
- Have a willingness to relocate (may not be required as remote opportunities exist throughout the program)
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs
- Internship or work experience in related field such as healthcare technology or business technology
- Interest in the technological innovation of the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
- Strong research, analytical, written communication, and oral presentation skills
- Well organized and able to work under pressure and prioritize among multiple projects with limited supervision
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships across diverse teams
- Proficiency with suite of Microsoft Products (e.g. Office, Teams, Edge, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Azure)
- Experience with software, languages, and collaboration tools including, but not limited to, Google Cloud Platforms, Tableau, Big Query, Python, Figma, Jira, Miro, Rally, Java, SQL, React/Redux, Angular, Amber, JavaScript, jQuery, Node JS, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, C, C++, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Slack, Confluence, Airtable, etc.
- Adaptability and flexibility for a dynamic work environment
- Project management experience. Examples include leading a school or work-related project from start to finish
- Be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Have an anticipated completion of bachelor's degree program between the following dates (January 2024 through August 2025) or equivalent experience
- Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Management, Healthcare Information Systems, or related

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$61,800.00 - $135,960.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
