Position Summary
The Infrastructure Automation Developer will execute deployments into test and production environment. In this role, the right candidate will work with automation and code management tools (Ansible, WLST/Python, Jenkins, GitHub) while ensuring the systems or application is online, secure, and performant. The Infrastructure Automation Developer will optimize capability of IT infrastructure and services to deliver cost effective and sustained application availability, develop tools/processes to support continuity management and execute tests.

The Infrastructure Automation Developer will design, test, implement monitoring tools and processes, and write procedures to respond to results so system issues are brought to resolution. In this role the right candidate will also collect metrics, devise process and procedures for applying and maintaining security settings/user access based on technology platform. The Infrastructure Automation Developer will recommend improvements based on analysis of current techniques.

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience designing and implementing end-to-end infrastructure as code automation solutions, including Terraform, version control and CI/CD workflows
  • 7+ years experience designing and implementing end-to-end infrastructure as code automation solutions utilizing code management tools (Ansible, WLST/Python, Jenkins, GitHub)
  • 5+ years experience with multiple scripting and programming languages
  • Strong dual-class; software engineer and systems administration
  • Basic understanding of AWS infrastructure offerings is required
  • Candidate should have experience delivering and managing public and/or private cloud solutions in support of a large-scale application migration strategy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Container or Kubernetes experience is a plus
  • Experience with Powershell, Python and Go
  • vRealize automation (vRA) experience
  • Network virtualization (NSX) and security platform experience is a plus
  • AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud experience
  • Windows and Linux platform experience a plus.
  • Product knowledge preferred: Includes FileNet, ClaimsXTEN, QNXT
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
