Th e i mplementations role is a crucial contributor to the overall goals and agenda of our division and broader business. They are responsible for overseeing managing multiple projects, overseeing cross functional teams, ensuring timely submissions, to meet our department goals including regulatory projects to ensure compliance with changing regulations and rules. The ideal candidate must be an effective communicator to support our divisions positions and partner with our Regulatory Affairs team to provide project leadership and management. Ensure timely and accurate filing of documents, such as project plans, requirements documents, and other project artifacts. They must work closely with all departments to guide the development process and ensure regulatory requirements are understood and integrated.As an Implementation Manager , you have end-to-end accountability for the overall delivery of the project. Th is role is client facing and responsibilities include establishment and management of client relationships throughout the lifecycle of the project . In addition, responsibilities include development and management of overall project plans to drive teams to specific milestones, risk assessment and mitigation, and effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes. You may be expected to mentor or train team members who join the team or standard practices . As a manager you may be expected to support strategic initiatives for the organization or department. 3+ plus years of PBM or Health Plan experience
CMS / Regulatory experience.
3+ Experience project management and strategic planning
Proven skills in strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
