Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Utilize advanced data analysis and Excel reporting to track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels to achieve project buy-in and support.
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience of project management experience, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- 5+ years client facing experience, presenting to multiple levels within the organizations.
- 3+ years of healthcare industry experience
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and achieve buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading collaborative efforts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to analyze data identifying trends
Experience working in Salesforce; PowerBI experience a plus
Education
B achelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent work experiencePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
