Provides guidance and support to a team of health services professionals by helping them understand their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. Supports clinical health services supervisors with resources and responsibilities.

Coordinates the workflow and daily operations of team members to ensure that member's and provider's needs are being met according to CVS/Aetna standards. when needed.
Administers constructive feedback to individual team members and addresses any performance issues to help develop departmental capabilities.
Manages callers concerns and complaints, and works towards improving caller satisfaction and overall experiences.
Supports the professional growth of team members by promoting a culture of continuous learning and providing team members with ongoing education and development opportunities.
Monitor queue volume and assist team to ensure call metrics are being met.Required Qualifications:
Experience working high volume queue. BH knowledge and experience. Team player. Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Schedule- 9a-7:30 pm EST Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues
Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership experience, computer literateEducation

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $31.72This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
