Monitors all calls and cases received in the Service Center to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintains accurate call records of customer interactions or transactions including recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, to include action steps taken to resolve the reason for the call.

Performs outbound calls to obtain information to complete specimen or billing processing and/or investigate order issues.
Handles and facilitates requests for amended reports, add-on tests, cancellation requests, and data entry errors.
Ensures HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policies, procedures, and standards are always adhered to.
Communicates effectively with diverse work units and relevant organizational departments to ensure that issues are properly and quickly resolved.
Organizes training sessions to educate internal staff on premium processes, policies, and best practices.
Performs required training to understand how to use tools available to recall necessary information.
Documents all customer correspondence and maintains confidential records of patient information.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Shipping Department. Duties are complex in nature and involve communication with stores, but are not limited to composing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, flexibility and willingness to perform other related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience required 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience requiredPreferred Qualifications

2+ years as an Administrative Assistant preferred Previous Distribution Center experience preferred Ability to lift 30 poundsEducation

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $34.15This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
