And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Job Purpose and Summary: CVS Health continues to grow! We have a great opportunity for a Senior Manager, Fragrance. In this important role, you will be responsible for attaining budgeted sales, contribution margin, inventory turns and building market share within the category. This position will support promotional strategy, display opportunities and planogram development and execution. The ACM will work under the guidance of Senior CM and report directly to Senior CM. The candidate will help guide the category specialists consistent with the business strategies and will collaborate closely with cross functional partners. Additionally, the role will lead special projects intricate to the growth of the Fragrance business and will help develop annual category business plans for 1, 3 and 5 years out as well was category strategic plans for weekly, seasonal and annual merchandising programs and maintain competitive analysis, including competitive digital and store analysis and market visits. This role is currently work hybrid out of Woonsocket, RI.

  • Manage a full Vendor portfolio and collaborating and negotiating with the supplier partners to build our strong sales and margin driving plans.
  • Support the development of the business cases and execution plans for key strategic initiatives, rooted in deep insights on the consumer, product, and competitive trends.
  • Develop and implement category plans (i.e., plan optimal SKU mix; Extra Care loyalty program; weekly, seasonal, annual promotional programs) for merchandising programs from 1 to 3 years that reflect deep personal knowledge of our businesses, customers, and clients.
  • Build and nurture strong vendor relationships to collaborate on launches, effective promotional offers, events, and off shelf opportunities.
Essential Qualifications and Functions
  • 8+ years of P&L Management
  • 8+ Years of promotional experience
  • 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives with a high degree of complexity
  • 8+ years developing strategies to mobilize the business to achieve goals and outcomes using innovative solutions
  • 8+ years influencing with and without authority
  • 8+ years leveraging data to support strategic plans and return on investment
  • 8+ years' experience collaborating with a team to prioritize work-based skills, needs & timelines
  • 8+ years' experience building high-performing teams
  • 8+ years' experience engaging and inspiring a team to reach optimal business outcomes together
  • Proven ability to deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to develop and lead planning initiatives with a track record of successfully executing on established goals and objectives
  • Proven ability to work with multiple reports to synthesize insights and outline meaningful, actionable steps for the field to implement to represent Workforce Management and its leadership teams by delivering high quality, timely reports. Must be able to analyze data and metrics to work with impacted areas to develop, communicate and monitor mitigation plans.
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality professional communications, presentations, responses and analyses on a wide range of requests by working quickly, independently and with minimal direction
  • Proven ability to exhibit model professional behaviors that are consistent with collaborating with senior leadership and that demonstrate a strong bias for inclusion, collaboration, building trust, driving for and delivering results as well as supporting innovation and change
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with workforce management processes and extensive knowledge of retail business operations, including pharmacy
  • Broad mindset with an ability to consider the long-term execution of strategy as well as the short-term detail-oriented steps needed in developing solutions
  • Advanced skills in MS Office
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, based on business needs

Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience, Master's degree preferredPay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
