• Proven leader at scale with the demonstrated ability to create technical solutions in large organizations with complex business requirements and constraints.
• Experienced leading/building of large-scale applications with extensive design experience in cloud-native architecture.
• Full stack technical experience including cloud infrastructure (e.g. GCP), web client frameworks (e.g. React, Angular).
• Strong ability to work with stakeholders, including business, product, and UX team members.
• Experienced leader who brings a strategic mindset and who is capable of building realistic strategic roadmaps.
• Top-notch communication skills.
• A systems problem solver, able to move fluidly between high-level abstract thinking and detailed implementation.
• Passionate about technology with a very high technical aptitude.
• Is both broad and deep technically and enjoys the challenge of strategic technology leadership across a larger organization.
• Experience managing highly technical teams.Preferred Qualifications
• Lead and participate in technical architecture initiatives that span across the Digital application portfolio.
• Build strong relationships and streams of collaboration across teams and solutions.
• Participate in building the architectural strategic direction for CVS Health solutions.
• Lead & guide a team of highly advanced technical architects in the creation of a platform for software development at scale.

Bachelor's DegreePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$175,100.00 - $334,750.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
