The Executive Director, Provider Marketing will be responsible for setting the vision, designing and building the Provider Marketing team within Aetna B2B Marketing. This role focuses on elevating provider and healthcare marketing strategies across the Aetna businesses to increase brand consideration, affinity, and ultimately business growth in an increasingly diverse marketplace. The focus will be on all lines of businesses (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Individual) within Aetna.

This leader will uncover strategic marketing opportunities within healthcare providers, hospitals, and doctors, and provide integrated and executable recommendations to deliver on business challenges. They will embed insights and personalization that increase the value and relevance of marketing strategies and tactics and highlight the attributes that differentiate Aetna. The Executive Director will collaborate across a highly matrixed marketing organization within Aetna and CVS Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the vision and build the Provider Marketing team based on business priorities, growth opportunities, and marketing capabilities; develop and maintain cross-business KPIs and scorecard.
- Partner with the Network and Provider Experience teams
- Develop business priorities, provider marketing strategies, and integrated marketing plans across Aetna lines of business, based on marketplace insights/data, competitive intel, and targeting/marketing trends and capabilities. Serve as the strategic leader and lead provider marketing consultant across Aetna businesses.
- Design and implement provider marketing measurement methodology and consistent metrics that can influence future business priorities and innovations.
- Design and implement a provider marketing learning agenda with training for colleagues.
Qualifications
- Approximately 12 years of B2B marketing experience
- Healthcare experience is required
- Knowledge of provider landscape will be highly valued.
- Proven experience crafting and executing marketing activation plans
- Experience building brands and leading creative execution
- Proven experience building successful communication plans for different audiences
- Experience with community relations will be valued
- Proven experience communicating a story to clients
- Strategically advise senior leaders and drive marketing campaigns to meet business objectives using data to drive innovative marketing approaches and effective plan optimizations.
- Experience in designing and maintaining core KPIs and reporting across teams and leadership; strong analytical skills and experience directing data analytics partners.
- Comfortable managing through ambiguity, shaping and defining opportunities through cross-functional partnerships.

Bachelor's degreePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$131,500.00 - $303,195.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
