Supports the operations and administration of healthcare organizations by analyzing data, developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing projects, supporting compliance and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What you will do
  • Maintains documentation of audit findings, observations, and recommendations for management and stakeholder review.
  • Collects information on internal activities to monitor deviations in compliance or non-compliance issues.
  • Communicates with internal controls to ensure policies and procedures are designed effectively to promote compliance and prevent violations.
  • Compiles training and educational resources on compliance-related matters to encourage awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Monitors potential compliance risks and vulnerabilities to assess the impact and likelihood of risks.
  • Observes regulations and industry compliance trends to gain an in-depth understanding of how to interpret requirements.
  • Operates within a team of compliance specialists on auditing projects to fortify the compliance strategy across the organization.
  • Organizes collaborations with legal teams to provide guidance, support, and recommendations on compliance-related matters.
  • Determines the scope and objectives of the audit planning function based on industry-specific regulations.
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
  • Less than 1 year work experience
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
