• Build and Lead High-Performing Teams:
Recruit, mentor, and inspire cross-functional product management teams, fostering a collaborative culture aligned with the RX Modernization vision.
• Agile Product Leadership:
Guide teams to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring quick and informed decision-making to drive rapid iterations and product improvements.
• Strategic Vision:
Define and execute the product roadmap for the RX Modernization Program, aligning with business objectives to deliver cutting-edge pharmacy management solutions.
• Customer-Centric Design:
Translate customer and colleague needs into actionable technical requirements, ensuring exceptional user experiences and improved Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Technology Enablement:
Leverage modern technologies like cloud computing, AI, and microservices to build scalable, reliable, and innovative products that meet future pharmacy needs.
• Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of feedback, learning, and iteration, leveraging data-driven insights to improve products and operational processes.
• Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with pharmacy operations and analytics teams to design intelligent workflows, optimize efficiencies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management:
Partner with senior executives, engineering, and business teams to communicate the product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively.Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technical product management, with focus around building technical products and services.
- 5+ years of experience working with Cloud computing technologies and Micro-services architectures.
- 5+ years of experience in building and managing technical product teams.
- 5+ years of experience with large-scale modernization programs in technical capacity.
- Experience in Pharmacy technology
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, and cloud based delivery models
- Deep knowledge in software development with AI/ML applications in workflow optimization, predictive analytics and operational efficiency
- Strong decision making skills in ambiguous , fast moving environments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Master' degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or MBA
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
