Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and unique positioning in the pharmacy and provider space to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.As a Director of Pharma Product, you will function as a product owner and help build best-in-class omni-channel marketing solutions for Pharma clients. This role will focus on defining and executing the product roadmap to deliver unique marketing assets for Pharma, leveraging CVS's data and media assets to engage both consumers and healthcare providers. You will partner across the enterprise to align strategies with business owners, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal governance policies.The Director will play a lead role in building innovative ad products tailored to Pharma's needs - spanning direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, provider engagement strategies, and measurement solutions. They will work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, legal, privacy, and business partners to deliver client-facing products. You will build and manage the Pharma product roadmap, align business and technical needs, and be the "voice of Pharma product" with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.

The Director of Pharma Product will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance, and foster a sense of urgency to drive innovation in this growing sector.Additional responsibilities of the Director includeStrategic Leadership:
- Define product vision, strategy, and development of Pharma marketing solutions, leveraging CVS's unique positioning within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise teams, including privacy, legal, and business owners.
- Utilize your product knowledge, customer feedback, and relevant data to assess value, build business cases, and prioritize effectively.
- Lead product discovery and maintain a roadmap and backlog focused on high-impact solutions for Pharma clients.
- Manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
- Align with front-end teams to gather feedback and insights to drive product criteria while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest-impact work.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, including Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, Tech Foundations, Analytics, and Operations as well as key enterprise alignment across Enterprise CVSH teams.
- Partner with legal and privacy teams to ensure Pharma marketing solutions comply with regulatory requirements and data governance policies.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate measurement and reporting capabilities into Pharma products.
- Define and track key metrics to measure the success of Pharma products, ensuring we continuously improve and innovate.
- Execute the product strategy and roadmap to achieve key business objectives (OKRs).
- Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in Pharma marketing, particularly within the adtech ecosystem.
- Identify and assess strategic partners (such as DeepIntent, Crossix, IQVIA, and Swoop) to enhance CMX's Pharma product offerings.
- 3+ years of experience in managing people
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on Pharma marketing, adtech, or healthcare media.
- Proven experience working with Pharma clients and a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) and healthcare provider (HCP) marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy and regulatory considerations specific to Pharma and healthcare marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute product roadmaps, define MVPs, and align cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with legal, privacy, and compliance teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to build business cases, measure impact, and drive innovation.
- Familiarity with adtech platforms and partners, including DeepIntent, Crossix, IQVIA, Swoop, and similar.
- Knowledge of retail media networks and their role in Pharma marketing.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Agile development experience and a test-and-learn mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, or healthcare-related discipline) or equivalent.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
