  • Responsible for the development, deployment and growth of Aetna's alternative health solution, SimplePay Health.
  • Serve as a member of Meritain's leadership team and support enterprise initiatives to drive additional growth in Aetna's TPA business.
  • Led strategic partnership with key external partners whom Meritain relies on for delivery of the solution.
  • Support Aetna and Meritain field teams in the marketing, sales and service of the product offering.
  • • Determines market opportunities and designs growth strategies to expand the company's market share and revenue streams.
  • • Develops and implements processes and methodologies for identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the business development process
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with developing and deployment of innovative products.
  • Proven track record of succeeding in high margin and high growth businesses.
  • Expertise and understanding of the self-funded employer benefits industry and the key factors which drive successful growth in that market.
  • Collaborative leader who is well versed in matrix environments depending on a wide variety of constituents.
  • Demonstrated success with client and market facing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Understanding of the product development process.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales and account management experience with appropriate health & life licensing.
  • 7 years of relevant professional expereince.
  • Strong working knowledge of SimplePay.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
