Job Purpose and Summary: The Analyst, CX Optimization will be responsible for accelerating the pace of digital innovation at CVS Health through the management of test ideation, set-up, functional requirements, communication, and measurement plan required to maximize learning. This individual is responsible for overseeing the execution and coordination of our A/B and MVT testing strategies. This is a critical role in shaping and improving the digital customer experience . This individual will monitor performance and provide guidance of the prioritization test plan through data-driven recommendations on all aspects of our digital engagement strategy. This role will involve onsite optimization, ideation, feasibility evaluations, site experience development and evaluating tools/applications to drive an enhanced digital customer centric experience. - Partner with business owners, CX O ptimization M anagers, product managers and other stakeholders to define creative requirements and schedule.
- Support development projects related to integration of site optimization capabilities across CVS Health organization.
- Support discovery conversations for testing opportunities within new digital programs.
- Monitor test results , report to partners and CXO Manager, and increase exposure as needed; collaborate with product managers to transition winning tests to the production environment.
- Create test requirements and create test shells in Adobe Target.
- Collaborate/ work cross functionally with CEM/UX/analytics/product partners on capturing test requirements and scope.
- Collaborate with CXO Manager in building out test strategy and gaining alignment
- Create test plan, organize documentation, and follow standard operation procedures and best practices to ensure seamless delivery for CX Optimization Design and Engineering.
- Follow CX Optimization risk mitigation efforts and collaborate with Engineering, Release Management, Accessibility , Privacy, Legal and other partners as applicable to ensure compliance.
- Support urgent business critical content management requests
- Maintain data integrity; audit campaigns and custom events within the testing platform. Report back data to analytics partners and CXO Managers for signoff on accuracy.
- Create tagging guidance and Adobe Analytics workspaces for test measurement.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights and propose new testing scenarios and sharing results.
- Partner with internal teams/ vendors to use tools correctly and to their o ptimal capabilities.
- Identify test setup/tracking issues and assist with troubleshooting
Prior Relevant Work Experience: 0-2 yearsPreferred Qualifications
- E xperience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
- E xperience with Web testing platforms, such as Adobe Target or other A/B testing platform
- Experience managing complex projects, changing priorities and deadlines
- Experience using Adobe Analytics or other analytics reporting platform
- Digital experience within a Healthcare organization
- Experience with using Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences
- Experience with Digital Assets: HTML, JavaScript, CSS
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) - Required

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
