Digital Fraud and eCommerce Analyst is responsible for reviewing dotcom orders taking appropriate action based on transaction characteristics and account changes with indicators of complex issues related to possible Fraud as well as identifying eCommerce fraud across multiple platforms, digital evidence collection, developing and disseminating leads to investigators for further investigation.Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations by utilizing specialized software provided for data mining and link analysis.

• Demonstrate fundamental understanding of investigative and intelligence processes to include the intelligence cycle.

• Proactively develop intelligence to assist in accomplishing objectives.

• Manually review high risk transactions identified by multiple payment platform fraud detection solutions.

• Identifies patterns and trends in fraudulent activity across all CVS Health digital channels.

• Controls access to and integrity of CVS Health Fraud Mitigation systems.

• Reviews fraud control parameters (Rules) and framework to counter growing threats such as account takeovers and triangular fraud.

• Share information across multiple CVS Health Business Partners including digital, ecommerce, finance and logistics.

• Analyze weekly chargeback reports to identify trends, root causes and potential solutions.

• Field customer service complaint calls surrounding transaction denials, order fulfillment and address verifications.

• Escalates specific fraud threats to the appropriate investigative entity and supports field investigations with requested data.

• Testify on fraud cases in criminal proceedings.• Assist with investigations by utilizing specialized software provided for data mining and link analysis.

• Demonstrate fundamental understanding of investigative and intelligence processes to include the intelligence cycle.

• Identifies patterns and trends in fraudulent activity across all CVS Health digital channels.

• Share information across multiple CVS Health Business Partners including digital, ecommerce, finance and logistics.

• Gathers, interprets, and uses complex data from field intelligence and internal tools to develop actionable leads.

• Quickly identify HRP online trends and disseminate to field.

• Works closely with ORC field Investigators to identify theft trends and produce potential targets in local markets.

• Cross trained in CVS.com fraud investigations.

• Provides analytical support to Regional ORC Managers on potential low level (local) e-fencing locations.

• Receives and disseminates ORC Hotline calls.

• Escalates specific fraud threats to the appropriate investigative entity and supports field investigations with requested data.

• Testify on fraud cases in criminal proceedings.Required Qualifications• 1-3 years Fraud Analyst experience in a digital retail environment.

• Understanding of Au tomated Digital Fraud Detection Systems and demonstrated ability to make informed decisions.

• Solid understanding of analytics and proficiency in report writing software.
• Ability to understand and use Microsoft products to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PowerBI .Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative environment, in planned and unplanned setups.

• Ability to work independently and produce sustainable results with minimal supervision.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Creative problem-solving abilities. • Associates Degree

HS DiplomaPay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.80This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
