Position Summary

Life Science Solutions, a.k.a. Real World Evidence conducts research with life sciences companies(such as pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers) to evaluate how therapeutics are performing in real world settings. This includes retrospective and prospective studies on patient experiences, health care costs and resource utilization , treatment patterns and clinical outcomes.

We are hiring representatives for our call center to assist participants who received a communication and have questions and want to enroll in the study . We will also place outbound follow-up calls to assist participants with completing study surveys.

We are looking for people who are great at conversing and can be engaging over the phone . We want friendly, professional individuals who can also exhibit empathy and compassion when required .

All positions are work from home and will not require going into an office location at this time . The hours of operation are from 9 :00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday. There will be four to six weeks of training . Training is conducted from 8:00 am ET - 4:30 pm ET to accommodate multiple time zones . Training will be conducted remotely and daily attendance is required .

A t this time, to support our telephony software, you are required to be connected from the laptop to your modem using an ethernet cable. You cannot work using a wi-fi connection . We require a high-speed broadband connection with minimum speed 100/25 mbps . Unless required by state laws, internet expenses are not reimbursable by the company.

Required Qualifications
  • 2 years in a high-volume call center customer service role , both inbound and outbound call experience
  • Basic c omputer proficien cy (basic trouble shooting and navigation)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Basic alpha number data entry skills with attention to accuracy and quality
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize a fluctuating workload
  • Can demonstrate through prior experience the ability to manage multiple software systems - documentation can be done in more than one system.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year Virtual call-center experience
  • Spanish as a spoken language
Education
High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $31.72

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
