Your role will require a balance of big-picture vision and direct execution to bring new coupon offers to life with a customer-first approach.Position Summary:

  • Become a thought leader and trusted partner for our internal business partners and function as the expert on coupon offers and understand the nuances of coupon execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion our best practices and best in-store coupon experiences, subsequently navigating our partners to best-in-class experiences.
  • Monitor and measure the success of strategic initiatives through established KPIs, changing course as needed.
  • Leverage target audience insights and existing performance data to estimate markdown expense and work with partner teams to evaluate against expected returns.
  • Work closely with Legal and Privacy to understand and execute within potential guardrails that could be unique to different engagements.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with marketing, category management and key stakeholders from our enterprise teams to gather insights, validate solutions, that both meet their objectives and aligned to our core strategy
  • Partner with teams on net new efforts in current channels that require alignment with offer strategy on offer depth and ROI.
  • Provide guidance in navigating how to ensure the best in-store and/or online experience for both our customers and our retail colleagues.
  • Assist in setting up test and learn strategies and gaining alignment on scalability.
  • Lead enterprise teams in the creation of an offer strategy that meets their designated objectives and remains aligned to our core personalization offer strategy.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields required. Master's preferred
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in project management, customer marketing, customer strategy, management consulting or related field
  • 5+ years' experience building high-performing teams
  • 5+ years' experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term, and long-term goals
  • 5+ years' experience influencing without authority
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback
  • Proven track record of high performance
  • Expertise leveraging MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and Powerpoint capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sharing ideas and information across diverse audiences.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, with problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate the details while keeping in mind the strategy in place.
  • Ability to inspire, collaborate with and influence your team as well as business partners.
  • Proven success in navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organization
  • Regular and reliable attendance during normal working hours, as established by the leader
  • Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
  • Deliver high quality professional communications, presentations, responses and analyses on a wide range of requests by working quickly, independently and with minimal direction
  • Communicate clearly to small and large groups internally and externally to lead complex projects to completion
  • Collaborate cross functionally with leaders and colleagues' enterprise wide to solution, implement, and drive results
  • Plan and execute short- and long-term goals
  • Responsibility for new store openings, store closures, and management of both processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in project management, customer marketing, customer strategy, management consulting or related field
  • 8+ years' experience building high-performing teams
  • 8+ years' experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term, and long-term goals
  • 8+ years' experience influencing without authority
  • Knowledge of change mangement techniques a plus
  • Masters degree
Prior Work Experience:
  • 5-8 years in related field required. 9+ preferred.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
