Quick Summary of Position:

Assembles daily summary medical claim information on daily exchanges for Stop Loss, Air Transportation, specialty programs, bill reviews, and as needed. To procure critical documentation to support team efforts to manage and review high dollar medical costs

4-5 Main Function of Position & % Time Spent on Each

Navigate claim system to compile critical medical claim information for Precision Benefit Services (PBS) programs, administer daily PBS programs and reporting, perform daily assignments and program-specific tasks, using standard tools (35%) Work up critical documentation for PBS programs using defined filing, indexing, naming conventions, and researching for accuracy/detail while preparing emails and summaries (25%) Make outbound calls/faxes/emails to procure needed documentation from billing/provider offices (25%) Managing and organizing daily emails, follow-ups, tasks,

Minimum Experience

3-5 years in handling medical claims, working on phone/customer service, administrative support, putting together Excel spreadsheets and drafting Word communications

Minimum Education

High School graduate

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
