The Claims Associate Manager position provides leadership and development of colleagues as well as management of projects and initiatives through solid practices and procedures that demonstrate CVS Health's values and strategies. This position's primary responsibility is to support Medicare Part D Claims processing rules, regulations, and requirements in addition to ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the Client Services Departments functions. Working with the leadership team, internal and external partners the position contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
As an Associate Manager you will develop staff through supervision, training, and coaching as well as manage claims inventory, assign work, and escalate "at risk" claims to leadership and/or internal and external partners. In this role you will serve as a point of contact for claims resolutions and questions from Clients, and internal or external partners. You will improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organization's mission. You will be considered a business owner and in doing so, put yourself in a place to be acknowledged and regarded as the primary resource for a task, project, or area.
Required Qualifications
-3+ years experience leading teams, programs, and processes
-Experience working in a remote workforce environment
-Effective written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
-1+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume claim or PBM setting
-Knowledge of CMS and CVS Health systems and platforms
-Knowledge of Medicare Part D regulations and PBM processes
-Project Management experience
Education
Highschool Diploma or GED -Required
Bachelor's Degree- Strongly preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $91,800.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
