This position will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across 7,000+ stores. This position is instrumental in delivering the best products and promotions to our customers by leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies.The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems, developing actionable insights, and creating mitigation strategies to address business challenges. With a focus on data driven decisions-making, this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings and promotional effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
- 2+ years' experience using pricing/promotional strategies, including customer research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc.
- 2+ years experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
- 2+ years' experience analyzing and synthesizing data
- 2+ years' experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
- 1+ year experience analyzing market trends
- Associates degree, or equivalent experience required.
- Travel- up to 10% travel may be required, based on needs of the business
- 3+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
- 3+ years' expperience using pricing/promotional strategies, including user research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc.
- 3+ years' experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
- 3+ years' experience analyzing and synthesizing data
- 3+ years' experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
- 2+ years' experience analyzing market trends
- Advanced awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
- Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to influence leaders to change thinking
- Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
